Steeped in the tradition of the cutlery trade, the NOGENT*** factory ensures production of high-quality utensils thanks to :

  • AFNOR Z40C13-standard stainless steel, usually AFNOR Z50CD14-standard molybdenum stainless steel.
  • Hornbeam wood, known for its solidity.
  • Brass or steel rivets.
Highly skilled employees working under the supervision of demanding workshop managers.
High-performance machinery, specially designed and built for NOGENT***.

42 successive operations in ten different workshops are required to produce a knife worthy of the NOGENT*** name.

Stringent quality controls are applied in the main stages of manufacture, from reception of the raw material to packaging (tempering, grinding, turning, injecting, riveting, sharpening, polishing, etc.).
