The peelers

Color :

  • Stainless steel blades 18/8  
  • the sharpened edges enable to easily peel fruits and vegetables,
  • the top edge is also sharpened to get rid of the dark spots and damaged parts of potatoes and vegetables.  
  • The handle is a solid natural hornbeam wood, dried for one year at the factory before processing or is in synthetic resin, molded to the blade. It is guaranteed not to come off and dishwasher safe

  • The cutting edge is Affidenté®: with 4 tiny teeth per mm, the serration is almost invisible to the naked eye and allows a precise surgical slicing
